U型玻璃是采用(yòng)特殊工艺加工而成的新(xīn)型建筑墙體(tǐ)材料，具有(yǒu)不可(kě)燃烧的特性。U型玻璃可(kě)用(yòng)于建筑内墙、外墙、隔断等位置，如若用(yòng)于外墙常用(yòng)于多(duō)层建筑，玻璃所使用(yòng)的高度取决于项目当地的风荷载、距离地面高度、玻璃连接方式等。

U型玻璃不同尺寸规格参数：

建筑U型玻璃安装要求：

1、固定型材：将铝型材或其他(tā)金属型材用(yòng)不锈钢螺栓或铆钉固定在建筑上，边框材料与墙面或建筑洞口牢固固定，每延米应不低于2个固定点。

2、玻璃入框架：将U型玻璃内面洗净，镶入框架，将起缓冲作用(yòng)的塑料件截成相应長(cháng)度放入固定框架内。

3、U型玻璃安装到最后三块时，先将两块玻璃放入边框，再用(yòng)第三块玻璃封扣；如果剩余洞口宽度余量不能(néng)装入整块玻璃时，可(kě)将U型玻璃沿着長(cháng)度方向裁切来满足剩余宽度，裁切后的玻璃应该先行安装。

4、对于温差加大的地區(qū)，U型玻璃之间的间隙应根据温度进行伸缩调整；

5、U型玻璃水平宽度大于2m时，横向构件水平度可(kě)允许3mm偏差；当高度不大于5m时，边框垂直度允许5mm偏差；高度不大于6m时，构件跨向挠度允许8mm偏差；

6、边框与U型玻璃之间用(yòng)弹性垫条填充缝隙，垫条与玻璃和边框接触面不少于12mm;

7、在边框与玻璃，玻璃与玻璃，边框与建筑结构體(tǐ)存在的接缝采用(yòng)玻璃胶类弹性密封材料(或硅酮胶密封)进行填充；

5. 7. The joints between the frame and the glass, the glass and the glass, the frame and the building structure are filled with the elastic sealing material of glass glue (or silicone rubber seal);

U型玻璃外墙设计

8、U形玻璃建筑墙體(tǐ)时非承重墙，不可(kě)受力，边框承受的荷载力应传给建筑物(wù)；

9、U型玻璃及边框安装完工后，玻璃内外表面擦拭干净，清洁场地遗留的物(wù)品。
