U型玻璃介绍 Introduction to u-shaped glass


U型玻璃(U-Profile-Glass)亦称槽型玻璃,在國(guó)内是一种新(xīn)型的建材玻璃,在國(guó)外有(yǒu)近40年的生产应用(yòng)历史。U型玻璃工业与民(mín)用(yòng)建筑非承重的内外墙、隔断、窗、阳台、过道、屋面及附属建筑物(wù)。按表面处理(lǐ)方式不同,有(yǒu)普通压花(huā)玻璃、夹丝玻璃、彩色玻璃等。U型玻璃透光而不透视,条状造型具有(yǒu)挺拔、朦胧、清秀、流畅的美感和时代气息,有(yǒu)着独特的装饰效果。


1特性与优点:

1.1轻巧透光,可(kě)增加建筑物(wù)使用(yòng)面积和采光面积。

双层安装的槽型玻璃墙體(tǐ)每平方米重量為(wèi)40Kg,显而易见槽型玻璃不但减轻了建筑结构的自重,而且省去了内外墙的粉刷,槽型玻璃是一种中高档墙體(tǐ)材料,还可(kě)以代替一般不需要透明的采光窗、天窗,可(kě)节约大量木(mù材、钢材和铝材,造价可(kě)节约三分(fēn)之一。


1.2 隔音、隔热,改善环境节约能(néng)源

双层安装的U型玻璃墙體(tǐ),由于两层间有(yǒu)空气层,因此具有(yǒu)隔音、隔热功能(néng)。资料介绍双层槽型玻璃隔音為(wèi)40分(fēn)贝,传热系数為(wèi)3W/m2.K,而单层6mm玻璃的传热系数為(wèi)5.8W/m2.K。


1.3理(lǐ)想的安全、耐腐蚀、

使用(yòng)夹钢丝的U型玻璃,对于中高层建筑的墙體(tǐ)可(kě)以起到良好的安全保护作用(yòng);槽型玻璃抗酸、碱和高湿度作用(yòng)的性能(néng)相当稳定,可(kě)用(yòng)于有(yǒu)抗腐蚀要求的建筑上;


1.4安装方便,经济实用(yòng)

在國(guó)外,安装双排垂直式槽型玻璃幕墙,如高3m,長(cháng)10m,总面积30m2的槽型玻璃幕墙,一人仅用(yòng)一小(xiǎo)时就可(kě)以完成。


2.在建筑设计中的应用(yòng)


2.1 现行玻璃有(yǒu)两种规格:260(底宽)*41(翼高)*6(厚度)的156/平方米.260*60*7的176元/平方米。面积计算:底宽*玻璃長(cháng)度。


2.2 U型玻璃按造型及建筑使用(yòng)功能(néng)分(fēn)别采取以下组合方式: 


1)单排 翼朝外(或内)

 

2)单排 楔形结构,互相咬合

 

3)单排 楔形结构,互相贴合

 

4)双排 翼在接缝处成对排列

 

5)双排 翼对翼

 

2.3 注意:U型玻璃隔墙長(cháng)度大于6000,高度超过4500时,应核算墙身的稳定,采取相应的措施。

U型玻璃用(yòng)于湿度较大的房间且室内外温差较大时,应处理(lǐ)好玻璃表面露水的排泄及下滴问题。U型玻璃用(yòng)于圆型墙及屋面时,曲率半径不应小(xiǎo)于1500。节点构造详见國(guó)家标准图集《U型玻璃外装修标准06J501》。


2.4其他(tā):

透光率:当表面有(yǒu)小(xiǎo)花(huā)纹装一排时為(wèi)89%,装两排时81%。

传热系数:①单排安装时3.65W/m2K。②双排安装时1.74W/m2K。 ③贴膜时1.57 W/m2K ④填充保温层1.2 W/m2K

隔声能(néng)力:单排安装时27db,双排安装时38dB。

耐火极限:0.75h(单排)。U型玻璃属不燃烧材料,如有(yǒu)特殊要求时应按有(yǒu)关规范进行设计。 


2.5设计标准:

1)异型玻璃(國(guó)家标准报批稿)

3)建筑工程质量检验评定标准GBJ301-88。

4)中华人民(mín)共和國(guó)《U型玻璃外装修标准06J501》


2.6验收标准:U型玻璃的验收除参照建筑装饰工程及验收规范(JGJ73-91)第三、四章门窗工程及玻璃工程有(yǒu)关章节外,还应重点检查:

1)边框是否直接固定在建筑上,之间的缝隙是否密封。边框承受的荷载应直接传给建筑,不应使U型玻璃受力。

2)玻璃与玻璃之间,玻璃与边框之间的缝隙,是否按上述要求进行密封。

3)应使U型玻璃在框了中沿玻璃長(cháng)度方向能(néng)自由伸缩,在上框料与U型玻璃之间要留有(yǒu)适当缝隙。

4)為(wèi)防止膨胀螺栓等固定件与框料之间相互接触发生化學(xué)反应产生接触腐蚀,在钢膨胀螺栓等固定件与铝框之间应用(yòng)合成材料垫圈或油漆类物(wù)质隔开。

Double installation of u-shaped glass wall, because there is an air layer between the two, so it has sound insulation, heat insulation function. The heat transfer coefficient of the double-layer slotted glass is 3W/ m2.k, while the heat transfer coefficient of the single-layer 6mm glass is 5.8w/m2.k.
1.3 ideal safety, corrosion resistance,
The use of u-shaped glass with steel wire clip can play a good role in protecting the walls of middle and high-rise buildings. Fluted glass is stable in acid, alkali and high humidity, and can be used in buildings with corrosion resistance requirements.
1.4 convenient installation, economical and practical
In foreign countries, the installation of double row vertical trough glass curtain wall, such as 3m high, 10m long, the total area of 30m2 trough glass curtain wall, one person can be completed in one hour.
2. Application in architectural design
2.1 the current glass has two specifications: 156/ m2 of 260(bottom width)*41(wing height)*6(thickness), and 176 yuan/m2 of 260*60*7. Area calculation: bottom width * glass length.
2.2 the u-shaped glass shall be combined in the following ways according to its modeling and architectural functions:
1) single row wing facing outward (or inward)
2) single row wedge structure, interlocking with each other
3) single row wedge structure, fit each other
4) double rows of wings are arranged in pairs at the joints
5) double row wing to wing
2.3 note: when the length of u-shaped glass partition is greater than 6000 and the height is more than 4500, the stability of the wall should be calculated and corresponding measures should be taken.
When the u-shaped glass is used in the room with high humidity and the temperature difference between inside and outside is large, the problem of dew discharge and droplet on the glass surface should be dealt with well. When u-shaped glass is used for circular walls and roofing, the radius of curvature should not be less than 1500. Refer to national standard atlas "u-shaped glass exterior decoration standard 06J501" for details of node construction.
2.4 other:
Transmittance: 89% for one row with small pattern and 81% for two rows.
Heat transfer coefficient: (1) 3.65w /m2K when single-row installation. (2) double row installation 1.74w /m2K. (3) 1.57w /m2K (4) fill the insulation layer 1.2w /m2K
Sound insulation: 27db for single row and 38dB for double row.
Fire resistance: 0.75h (single row). U-shaped glass is a non-combustible material. If there are special requirements, it should be designed according to relevant specifications.

3) construction engineering quality inspection and evaluation standard gbj301-88.
4) u-shaped glass exterior decoration standard 06J501 of the People's Republic of China
2.6 acceptance criteria: in addition to referring to the construction decoration engineering and acceptance code (jgj73-91) chapter iii and iv, the acceptance of u-shaped glass shall be focused on:
1) whether the frame is fixed on the building directly and whether the gap between them is sealed. The load on the frame should be transmitted directly to the building and the u-shaped glass should not be stressed.
2) whether the gaps between the glass and the glass, and between the glass and the frame should be sealed according to the above requirements.
3) the u-shaped glass should be able to freely expand and contract along the length of the glass in the frame, and an appropriate gap should be left between the frame material and the u-shaped glass.
4) in order to prevent the contact corrosion caused by the chemical reaction between the fixed parts such as expansion bolts and the frame material, synthetic material gaskets or paint materials should be applied between the fixed parts such as steel expansion bolts and the aluminum frame.
