1、U型玻璃的建筑设计


1.1 全U型玻璃作為(wèi)墙體(tǐ)材料可(kě)用(yòng)于内、外墙及屋面。墙體(tǐ)具有(yǒu)良好的透光性,背光面墙面产生漫放射光感、光線(xiàn)柔和;双排安装时还有(yǒu)较好的隔声与隔热效果,并可(kě)以重复利用(yòng),是一种节能(néng)环保的新(xīn)型材料。

1.2 外墙一般用(yòng)于多(duō)层建筑,玻璃的高度取决于风荷载、玻璃距地高度及玻璃连接方式等。F2页中提供了德國(guó)工业标准1055"DIN-1249"、"DIN-18056"有(yǒu)关数据,供多(duō)层建筑和高层建筑进行设计选用(yòng)。

1.3 U型玻璃墙長(cháng)度大于6000,高度超过4500时,应核算墙身的稳定,采取相应措施。具體(tǐ)做法另详见工程设计。

1.4 U型玻璃属不燃烧材料,如有(yǒu)特殊要求时,应按有(yǒu)关规范进行设计。

1.5 U型玻璃按造型及建筑使用(yòng)功能(néng)分(fēn)别采取八种组合方式,见下表。U型玻璃可(kě)单排或双排安装;根据建筑设计的需要,可(kě)以垂直安装、水平或坡向安装;安装时留通风缝或无通风缝均可(kě)。本图集仅提供了常用(yòng)的单排翼朝外(或内)和双排翼在接缝处成对排列两种组合方式,若采用(yòng)其他(tā)组合方式时应注明。

1.6 U型玻璃按表面处理(lǐ)方式不同,有(yǒu)普通压花(huā)玻璃、钢化玻璃、贴膜玻璃、彩色玻璃等,设计选用(yòng)时除普通压花(huā)玻璃外,选用(yòng)其余玻璃应予注明。

1.7 U型玻璃用(yòng)于湿度较大的房间且室内外温差较大时,应处理(lǐ)好玻璃表面露水的排泄及下滴问题。

1.8 用(yòng)于外墙的U型玻璃,玻璃墙的長(cháng)度根据个體(tǐ)设计,但应满足下框料随着结构的变形绝对值不能(néng)够超过15,否则应考虑中间增加固定措施或与厂家协商(shāng)配合施工。 


2、 U型玻璃的主要物(wù)理(lǐ)、力學(xué)性能(néng)

2.3 透光率:当表面有(yǒu)小(xiǎo)花(huā)纹单排安装时為(wèi)89%,双排安装时為(wèi)81%。

2.4 传热系数:单排安装时為(wèi)4.95W/m2?k,

双排安装时為(wèi)2.3 W/m2?k(SQ1)、2.4 W/m2?k(SQ4)

2.5 隔声能(néng)力:单排安装时為(wèi)27dB(分(fēn)贝),双排安装时為(wèi)40dB(分(fēn)贝)

2.6 耐火极限:U型玻璃的耐火极限為(wèi)0.75h。


3 、U型玻璃框口的安装:

3.1 用(yòng)膨胀螺栓将边框固定在建筑洞口中;或用(yòng)螺栓、柳钉和已有(yǒu)受力钢框架锚固。边框可(kě)用(yòng)直角或斜角连接。边框每侧应至少有(yǒu)3个固定点。上下框料每隔400〜600应有(yǒu)1隔固定点;螺栓或柳钉的大小(xiǎo)、型号应由厂家按照具體(tǐ)工程的实际情况计算确定。

3.2 保证上下框口尺寸条件下,U型玻璃可(kě)采用(yòng)型钢构造组成框口安装。




1. Architectural design of u-shaped glass
1.1 full u-shaped glass can be used as wall material for interior, exterior wall and roof. 1.2 external walls are generally used in multi-storey buildings. The height of the glass depends on the wind load, the height of the glass from the ground and the connection mode of the glass. Data of German industrial standards 1055 "din-1249" and "din-18056" are provided in page F2 for design selection of multi-storey buildings and high-rise buildings.
1.3 when the length of u-shaped glass wall is greater than 6000 and the height is more than 4500, the stability of the wall shall be calculated and corresponding measures shall be taken. See engineering design for specific practices.
1.4 u-shaped glass is a non-combustible material. If there are special requirements, it shall be designed according to relevant specifications.
1.5 the u-shaped glass adopts eight combinations according to its modeling and architectural functions, as shown in the table below. U-shaped glass can be installed in single or double rows; Vertical, horizontal or slope installation may be required for the design of the building; Ventilation joint or no ventilation joint can be left during installation. This atlas only provides two common combinations of single-row wings facing outwards (or inwards) and double-row wings arranged in pairs at the joints. If other combinations are adopted, it should be noted.
1.6 different surface treatment methods for u-shaped glass include ordinary embossed glass, tempered glass, laminated glass and colored glass. In addition to ordinary embossed glass, the selection of other glass shall be noted.
1.7 when the u-shaped glass is used in the room with high humidity and the temperature difference between inside and outside is large, the problem of dew discharge and droplet on the glass surface should be dealt with well.
1.8 u-shaped glass used for external walls. The length of the glass wall shall be designed according to the individual, but the absolute value of the lower frame material with the deformation of the structure shall not exceed 15.

3. Installation of u-shaped glass frame:
3.1 fix the frame in the opening of the building with expansion bolts; Or with bolts, rivets and an existing stressed steel frame anchorage. Borders can be connected at right or oblique angles. Each side of the border shall have at least 3 fixed points. The upper and lower frame materials should have 1 fixed point every 400 ~ 600; The size and type of bolts or rivets shall be determined by the manufacturer according to the actual situation of the specific project.
3.2 under the condition of ensuring the size of upper and lower frame orifice, u-shaped glass can be installed with frame orifice composed of steel structure.
